HOUSE MADE SAUSAGE OF THE MONTH - JULY - THE FIRECRACKER served with HOUSE HOT HONEY for dipping. Based on the classic Southern pickled pork sausage, we brine a 50/50 mix of pork and beef with hot honey and a handful of ham aromatics, then mix it with sage, thyme, garlic, and our own blend of chiles: habanero, cayenne, guajillo, and chipotle. Stuffed in a striking red casing, the finished product has a medium heat, a savory ham aroma, and the perfect blend of “sweet heat”. Served with a side of house-made hot honey.

Oak Smoked "Spicy Thai" Wings - Our wings are slow smoked over Post Oak & flash fried to finish. Sauced & Tossed to order. This Sunday Funday try our Spicy Thai special house sauce in addition to our everyday flavors of Buffalo, Honey BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, Alabama White, and Lemon Pepper.

The Mailman Sandwich - Brisket, Switch Original Sausage and diced onion all table chopped together. Dressed with Lance's Mustard and our house Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sauce. This sandwich delivers! Served with a side of homemade French Fries.
